The Adoption Process

1. Application or Waitlist Submission

Every placement begins with a Puppy Application or Waitlist Submission.

This allows us to:

• Learn about your lifestyle and home environment

• Understand your preferences

• Ensure a thoughtful match between puppy and family

Submission does not guarantee placement, but it is the first step toward becoming part of the Amara Frenchies family.

2. Personal Consultation (Virtual or In-Person)

Once your application is reviewed, we schedule a conversation.

This may be:

• In-person

• Virtual video call

• Phone consultation

This step allows us to:

• Discuss expectations

• Answer questions in detail

• Confirm placement suitability

• Review next steps together

We believe clarity and alignment at this stage create a smooth experience for everyone involved.

3. Purchase Agreement & Reservation Deposit

If approved, you will receive our Purchase Agreement outlining the full terms of adoption.

To officially reserve a puppy:

• The Purchase Agreement must be signed

• The reservation deposit must be submitted

A puppy is not considered reserved until both are complete.

The agreement clearly defines:

• Deposit amount

• Refund policy

• Health guarantee terms

• Buyer and breeder responsibilities

• Spay/neuter or breeding rights (if applicable)

Once signed and deposit is received, your puppy is formally reserved and the placement is secured.

4. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pickup or delivery, as outlined in your agreement.

No puppy leaves our care without:

• A fully executed contract

• Payment received in full

Clear payment timelines and accepted methods will be specified in your documentation.

5. Pickup or Coordinated Delivery

We will coordinate your puppy’s transition home once final payment is confirmed.

You may:

• Pick up your puppy in person

• Arrange approved delivery (additional fees may apply)

All logistics are confirmed in advance to ensure a calm, well-prepared transition.

6. Welcome Home

Each Amara Frenchies puppy goes home with:

• Health records and veterinary documentation

• Contract copy

• Personalized care guidance

• Access to Amara Frenchies educational resources

• Ongoing breeder support

• A curated Amara Frenchies gift basket to help your puppy settle in comfortably

Our relationship does not end at pickup.

We remain available as a resource as your puppy grows.
